From the minute you walk into this attractive, nicely decorated, spacious, dog friendly, (there is an additional fee to include your pup) 2BR, 2BA, condo located in the fabulous Residences of Light House Cove, you'll feel ready to relax! This unit's large open floor plan, allows plenty of space to spread out, including a well-equipped kitchen, with stainless steel appliances. The master suite has a king sized bed, private access to the balcony, and a smart TV. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable queen bed, with a bathroom/tub nearby for the kids. Also ideal for older family members, this one floor unit has a master bath, with a double vanity, and and a walk-in, custom tiled, shower. The living room sofa creates extra sleeping space, and can be folded out to a queen bed. For your convenience, there's also a stackable washer/dryer. Begin your day at the building's fitness center, and afterward cool off poolside, with the use of indoor/outdoor pools.
