Welcome to Unit 422, Luxury at the Beach! The Residences at Lighthouse Cove is located in Dewey Beach, DE, only 1 block from the beach.

Enjoy spectacular views of the Rehoboth Bay and Rehoboth Bay Marina while relaxing on your large balcony, which is also overlooking our breath taking pool. This brand new condominium is your ultimate vacation destination which is walking distance to everything Dewey Beach has to offer. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counter-tops, and an expansive island with seating, dishes, cookware and tableware. The designer decorated and very spacious living/dining area includes a gas fireplace, three HDTV's and a sectional sleeper sofa for two to help accomadate larger groups. This coastal inspired space is perfect for gathering with family and friends. Enjoy bay views from the master suite and that includes a king size bed and 43" HDTV. The private master bathroom has a custom tile shower and double vanity sinks. The guest bedroom can sleep up to five people with double sized bunk beds & a pullout trundle bedif needed, 43" HDTV and private access to the guest bathroom. This condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer.

This condo is adjacent to the Hyatt® Hotel Dewey Beach and guests have access to many of the hotel amenities that includes floating in the indoor and outdoor pools (Condo guests only) or work out on the new fitness equipment and Starbucks coffee bar. Our guests have exclusive use of our stunning rooftop with expansive views of the Rehoboth Bay. From the 4th floor plaza, you can watch the sunset from the community fire pits, listen to a large water feature and have full use of our BBQ grilling areas, or just relax and enjoy Dewey beach and the stunning Mid-Atlantic coastline.

The Jolly Trolley has a convenient stop directly out side the Residences, and will take you directly into Rehoboth Beach to enjoy world class dining and boardwalk fun. This location is also a very short drive to all the other beach towns like, Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach and Lewes.

Location was great since my daughter got married at the hotel. Place was not as clean as I thought it would be and that took away from the luxury stay that I was hoping for. I hope that they wash the sofa cover because it was very disgusting. It's a shame.

Wonderful Experience

We stayed at this property for a girls trip and had such a great experience! The owners were incredibly communicative and responsive, which made everything smooth from the start. Check-in instructions were very clear and easy to follow.The house looked exactly like the photos—beautiful, clean, and well-appointed with great amenities. We especially loved the deck, the large bathrooms, and of course, the pool! The location was perfect—just steps from the bay, the beach, and so many great restaurants and bars. We didn't need to drive anywhere because everything was within walking distance.We had an amazing time and would absolutely love to come back again! Highly recommend!

Perfect beach getaway with a pup

This was the perfect stay for our family of 4 (kids ages 8 and 6) and our 7 month old boxer. The unit was the perfect size with beautiful views of the bay and overlooking the pool. It is right on the bay and one block walk to the beach. Dogs are allowed on the beach before 9/9:30 and after 5/5:30. Three casual restaurants are nearby with a lively nightlife scene if you’re into that. There is a cute coffee shop/cafe a block south.Host was very easy to work with and provided clear instructions. The unit had everything one might need including laundry.I definitely recommend staying here.

Gorgeous Condo

Love this condo! It's decorated nicely, faces the pool, and the bed was comfortable. The bummer (of which the owner does not have control) is that there is loud live music (which is not always very good) that can be heard at night. Otherwise, great place!

Access to Pool is Nonexistent

Beautiful place in a good location, but some problems with the amenities.They state that a pool is available for use, but we found no access to the pool through the building. If we wanted to use it we had to walk through the open-air garage in cold, wet weather. The door we were supposed to use within our building with our pass cards was locked to us.Also, the shower I took was with cold water, and we never did figure out why. The owner asked us to look at the electrical panel, which we did, but there wasn't a problem there.

Unit looked just like the pictures. Very clean which is important to us. Easy check in and out. The location couldn’t be better….on the bay and right in the middle of everything with the ocean 1 block away! It’s very difficult finding a beautiful/clean property when we’re traveling with our little dog. But this one was exceptional!if I had to fault anything, it would be that the mattress in he master bedroom wasn’t that comfortable. Thank you for a very pleasant stay and we would definitely come back!

Mother and Daughter get away

My mom and I decided we needed a long weekend together on the Eastern Shore. We found the perfect spot in Dewey Beach. The weather in October was wonderful. Restaurants still open and no waiting for a table. We enjoyed staying in this condo. 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms just like the pictures showed. Very nicely decorated with a view of the bay and pool. Amazing sunsets in the evening. It was quiet and relaxing. Just Perfect.
