Hotel a 4 stelle e devo dire che le mie aspettative non sono state completamente soddisfatte. Sebbene la struttura fosse pulita e confortevolmente arredata, ho notato alcuni dettagli che mi hanno fatto pensare più a un hotel a 3 stelle. In particolare, ho trovato poco professionale il servizio di pulizia della stanza: gli asciugamani non sono stati cambiati ogni giorno come mi aspettavo, e questo mi ha lasciato un po' di sorpresa. In generale, l'hotel ha un buon potenziale, ma credo che dovrebbe migliorare alcuni aspetti per essere all'altezza delle sue 4 stelle. Spero che possano prendere in considerazione queste osservazioni per migliorare la qualità del soggiorno per i futuri ospiti."

Hotellet var riktigt fint, rent och hade ett mycket bra läge. Vi valde rum med utsikt och balkong mot havet. (Andra alternativ kan vara mot bakgata) Det enda jag vill klaga på var frukosten. Vi bodde där i två dagar. Första frukosten var ”OK” andra dagen fanns knappt något bröd. Bortsett från rostbröd var allt gammalt och så hårt att de fick skära detta i små ”tumme-små” bitar för att gå att tugga skinkan och osten var nästan slut hela tiden och skinkan jag fick var ”syrlig” / Ej bra. Denna sista frukost förstörde helheten för ett återbesök. Mindre viktigt men ändå. Det var en stor fin matsal med mycket gäster. Här fanns bara 1 st kaffemaskin som var väldigt långsam i förhållande till antal gäster.

Accueil et localisation parfaite pour Diano Marina, facilité de stationnement dans la rue. Check in irréprochable avec d'excellents conseils de la part de tout le staff réception. Point Excellent pour la propreté de la chambre et de l’hôtel. La chambre était exemplaire ( et je suis ultra maniaque). Un grand bravo a l’équipe de femme de chambre. En point moins positif: J'avais demandé un grand lit et j'ai eu deux lit jumeaux collés- clairement ce n'est pas confortable - surtout que les deux lits bougeait... Dans la chambre: il manque des mouchoirs et des petits éléments de toilettes seraient un plus (cotons...) Très bon petit déjeuner et très calme la nuit. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer.

Week end en Ligurie

Bon hôtel en bord de mer Bon accueil à la réception Belle chambre en front de mer avec balcon au 4eme étage propre et accueillante. Nous ne l'avions pas réservé mais la réceptionniste a été très arrangeante.Bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner était parfait avec un grand choix de gâteaux, fruits,fromages et charcuteries. Le personnel est très attentionné. Tout était parfait.

Hôtel bien situé avec belle plage. Ambiance familiale avec des tenanciers à notre écoute. Calme, on n'entend que le bruit de la mer de laquelle on est séparé par une petite route sans circulation. Chambres spacieuses, salle de bain parfaite. Demi-pension très correcte même si ce n'est pas de la gastronomie.
