I originally paid for two nights and had to check out after the first night and I had paid cash for the room and put my card down as incidentals the front desk manager in the next morning could not get into the safe so he told me because I paid cash that he wasn’t going to refund me for the second night that I paid for that I wasn’t staying because I didn’t cancel 24 hours in advance this is unacceptable and so I’m out $80 or whatever because the front desk manager couldn’t get into his safe and he was upset that they did not take a deposit from me because I paid cash but I put my debit card down as a deposit. I was not impressed with this property. The front desk manager was a real jerk!

I checked in and paid for the room. After coming back in with my kids and things I was told by staff that the pool was closed for renovations. The room with the pull out couch was very cold no heat in there.

The room was clean and comfortable. The heating system needed fixing. We were very warm and had the thermostat on the air conditioner set at 67*. The wall thermostat was not working (battery was dead).

The check out young man was very friendly and helpful. We locked ourselves out of our room, no problem. The lady working in the breakfast room did a very nice job. They had a warm breakfast with sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravey as well as the usual hotel food. It was a little older motel but it appeared they were working on it. We felt safe. Several eating options were available within walking distance. I would stay here another time.

We didn’t get the room we booked, they “accommodated” us by giving us a different room. The hotel wasn’t kept up with, the pool area was dirty, and the hotel had a stale cigarette smell. The okays of the hotel was the elevator and the breakfast.

Really deteriorated

Hallways had trash in them. Wi-Fi password didn’t work and was redirected to an unsecure network, so now I have viruses on my phone. The toilet seat was askew, and was off one of the anchors. This place has really deteriorated since our last visit a few years ago.

Checking in, the lady at the front desk said not to use the pool because the chemicals were off but it was still open. The pool was ice cold anyway and the waterslides had even colder water. The hot-tub was closed. The only door that worked was the main entrance. Someone else tried entering our room shortly after we checked in. We didn’t use the shower, but everything looked fairly clean to us at a glance.

This hotel is just old and very tired. You know how you can wash a towel, but there are still permanent stains that make it seem dirty? Thats this hotel and towels. The gal that checked us in was very nice Chances are really good i would not stay at this hotel again
