The pool and small water slide and features are fun...but it looks dirty due to stains I'm sure from over the years. Hot tub was broken at our stay last year and now a big tarp covers it. Pool water is very cold! Our room smelled musty and like stale smoke. This was our 4th stay here and I'm not sure if we'll be back.

Kids loved the Waterslide.

The hotel seemed like they were getting ready to do some renovations, so things weren't as up to date as they could have been. They were doing the best they could. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had a good stay.

Room was good! The gentleman that checked us in was excellent! The breakfast was very enjoyable! Only negative was the surrounding driveway and access was very negative in appearance!

Very dirty. Elevator looked like it hadnt been wiped down or cleaned in forever. Same with door glass on exit doors, very dirty and disgusting. Front desk staff was rarely ever to be found if we needed something. Outside property was kind of dirty with over trash also. Bed was comfortable but bed sheets were so stretched out and would not stay on bed! Vacuuming behind room doors and along walls was non existent!!

The bedding was dirty, full of holes/threadbare. The curtains were broken. Screens on windows of the building were flapping broken. The air conditioning in the common areas did not work - it was over 90 degrees outside and close to that inside. The manager on duty was very understanding and good to work with. The building seems to be in general disrepair, both inside and outside. Wish I’d read the reviews prior to booking! Cancelled my room (Expedia was surprisingly great to work with) and went across the street to a much cleaner and less expensive hotel.

The rooms are outdated and the sheets don’t fit the bed. The tub was dirty and there’s no fan in the bathroom. The property is very ran down.

Front desk lady provided excellent customer service . She was a little hard to understand but was very helpful and friendly. She made the stay nice with her personality and happy attitude. She not only ran the front desk but also everything else . They do need to buy new linen and white bath towels. Towels are very old and dingy.

We stayed here twice the 3rd and the 11th. The room I originally booked had been double booked so we were given a different room for 5 people, one being a infant. One of the beds was broke, there were left over clothes in the armour. The 2nd time we stayed I received the right room but the TV didn't work. Pretty much told we had to deal with it. The hot tub was not usable, the pool water was cold. The pictures are outdated. I would never stay here again not worth the money.

Pool great

The toilet seat was so loose almost fell off. Bed blankets torn open at seams with stuffing coming out. Staff was great. Pool very nice and clean

The swimming pool was ice cold. There are no lilly pads and rope like it shows in the pictures. Hot tub fenced off, broken down. Very disappointing for us and the children. The slide and spash area were acceptable.
