Family Home with Private Backyard and Garage!

Escape to our delightful rental in Dickinson, TX! We have 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and the serenity of our quiet neighborhood. Hang out in our furnished backyard or enjoy our open floorplan living space. Nearby, discover Galveston's stunning beaches, Kemah Boardwalk's excitement, and Tanger Outlets' shopping. With off street parking, in house laundry, and more, we provide all the amenities you need to relax!

Downstairs is an open floor plan living room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs are the three bedrooms and the space with the desk and arcade machine!

The master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom in the hallway next to the other two bedrooms. One of the other bedrooms has a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on top. All of the bedrooms have large closets for guest use!

The garage and driveway are both available for guest use and you can also park on the street.

Dickinson has been an agricultural service center and a residential community. The Dickinson Railroad Museum testifies to the town's past as a commercial hub. In 2019 the Dickinson Seed Store, originally opened by Joseph Giacchino, was moved to the railroad museum grounds for preservation by the Dickinson Historical Society. In 2020 the Sicilian Italian community held its first annual Dickinson Little Italy Festival of Galveston County.

We do have a grill but please note we do not provide propane. There are propane tanks for guest use but you will have to get them filled. You're also welcome to bring your own!
