Open parking lot. Staff by and large were friendly. Hotel is old -needs upgrading. Room clean until sidewalk outside was hosed off and the grit and dirty water came in under the door. No chairs in the room, no closet or area for hanging clothes, one drawer in the entire place, definitely NOT ADA compliant(very low toilet and only one grab bar at rear of tub). Tons of places to eat in area.

Room was so dirty, cobwebs all over room and tv and phone didn’t work, had to wipe the headboard because it had so much dust and the floor was so dirty that I took a towel from the bathroom and wet it and put it in the floor and it came up black.
