Non smoking deposit

It was a non smoking room, so I was asked to leave $150.00 deposit. If smoke was smelled in the room, I would not get my deposit back. I am a non smoker and chose a non smoking room for that reason. I refused to leave a deposit. The deposit was not mentioned when I reserved the room.

Won't give a second chance

No hot water at all, roach actively crawling on nightstand up on arrival, bed sheets stained, outlets in room missing wall plates, just a very unpleasant experience.

Booked a non- smoking room for my son who has asthma and respiratory issues- got to the front desk and told “we’re all sold out of non-smoking”- reservation was booked and paid for in full a week ago. There are reasons people book non- smoking rooms- honor the reservation-
