Das Zimmer war sauber und es fehlte an nichts und wenn doch waren die Besitzer sehr hilfsbereit und stellten alles zur Verfügung. Alles Top, da Wetter Spiele richtig mit. Bei Regenwetter wäre uns das mit dem einem Zimmer bestimmt zu eng und das Fernsehen hat nur Italienische Sender. Die Aussicht und Lage das Hauses ist herrlich und der Pool absolut topgepflegt doch nicht beheizt. Wir buchen bestimmt wieder. Die Matratze war uns zu weich, wir haben eine sehr harte Matratze.

La location è molto amena (in mezzo ai boschi e con vista panoramica e molti spazi all'aperto), l'alloggio è compatto ma molto ben organizzato e pulito, i padroni sono molto seri, cordiali e professionali. L'angolo piscina è piacevolissimo. Un ottimo alloggio da usare come base per esplorare i molti tesori artistici della regione o per fare piacevoli camminate nella natura (le meravigliose foreste casentinesi sono facilmente raggiungibili), o anche solo per riposarsi.

Sehr schön gelegene Anlage mit guter Ausstattung, schönem Pool und toller Aussicht. Leider waren wir nur eine Woche dort – aber wir kommen bestimmt wieder!Wein und Olivenöl vom Haus sind gut und preiswert! Sehr nette Vermieter! Reisetipps: Sehr ruhigeLage – auf kurzen Wegen gibt es alles notwendige zum Einkaufen in Dicomano. Ohne Auto nicht empfehlenswert, bzw. sehr mühsam.Mit dem Zug nach Florenz – jede Stunde für 9,20 Euro/Person für Hin–Rückfahrt.

Eine wundervolle toskanische U...

Eine wundervolle toskanische Unterkunft in einer hervorragenden ruhigen Lage mit phantastischem Blick auf den Mugello und die umliegenden Berge sowie das Tal. Wir mögen das, suchen im Urlaub daher absolute Ruhe und fühlten uns ausgesprochen wohl. Die Besitzer sprechen englisch und man kann sich prima verständigen. Bei allen Belangen wurde uns sofort weitergeholfen und wir wurden sogar aus einer mißlichen Lage befreit, als wir unterwegs waren. Sehr sehr hilfsbereit, wie alle Italiener, die wir trafen bzw.um Hilfe baten. Man muß allerdings dazu sagen, dass das Haupthaus sehr hellhörig ist und man in den beiden links und rechts angrenzenden Appartments jegliche Wohngeräusche der Familie hörte, die ja nun mal nicht ausbleiben. Wen dies stört, kann auch die Alternative der Wohnungen wählen, welche sich separat auf dem Grundstück befinden.Von uns ein "Daumen hoch", absolut empfehlenswert! Reisetipps: Die Appartments liegen im "Mugello", einer eher untypischen toskanischen Landschaft. Umgeben von Bergen war dies für uns schlußendlich die bessere Wahl als die ansonsten doch recht flache Toskana, da wir gern wandern und die Ruhe in den Bergen genießen. Zu Florenz, Pisa und Bologna braucht es ungefähr je eine reichliche Autostunde. Florenz ist absolut von Touristenströmen überlaufen, sehenswert aber trotzdem mit seiner wunderschönen Altstadt und den prunkvollen Bauten. Wunderbar auch Pisas Altstadt! Eher seltener in den Reisetips enthalten sind die vielen kleinen Städtchen mit ihren engen Gassen und alten wie wunderschönen, teils mittelalterlichen Häusern, die uns persönlich ganz besonders in ihren Bann zogen. Neben dem bekannteren und eindrucksvollen San Gimignano (Weltkulturerbe) möchten wir Poppi mit seinem kleinen aber wunderschönen Castell erwähnen, wie auch Colle di Val d'Elsa. Auch absolut empfehlenswert finden wir Fiesole. In diesem Ort befindet neben anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten ein zauberhaftes Kloster, San Francesco Monastery, an dessen Fuße sich ein überwältigender Blick auf Florenz bietet.

Auffallend ist, eine sehr saub...

Auffallend ist, eine sehr saubere und ruhige Frienwohnung. Die Bilder bei Interchalet sind nicht geschönt. Wer Ruhe und eine schöne Ferienwohnung sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Die Vermieter (wohnenen in einem sep. im gleichen Komplex) sind sehr nett und bemüht. Das einzige, was verbesserungswürdig ist, ist die Zufahrt. Diese führt ca. 600m über einen holprigen, steinigen Weg. Danach ist die Strasse wieder asphaltiert. Reisetipps: Wer noch nie in diesem Gebiet war, sollte dieses beachten.Die Verkehrsverstöße sind extrem teuer. Sehr viel Viedeoüberwachung und Blitzer.Wer sich an die Geschwindigkeitsbeschränkung hält, führt immer eine Verkehrsschlange an. Besser so, als abkassiert zu werden.Mit dem Auto oder Zug erreicht man viele Städte zum besichtigen, wie Florenz, Pisa, Sienna oder auch die Chiantistrecke mit vielen Burgen und Schlössern und viele mehr..
