Villa Violante is a charming villa with a private swimming pool located in the Florence area of Tuscany. The villa lies on a farm complex close to Vicchio (6 km), where you can find shops and restaurants, and only 37 km from the art city of Florence with its many attractions. While the villa is in a quiet area there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby, including canoeing, sailing, and windsurfing on Lake Bilancino and golf at the Poggio dei Medici Golf Club.
Villa Violante (90 sqm) develops over three levels. One part of the garden borders another property (about 30m away) separated by a laurel hedge, both properties have independent entrances and private spaces.
On the ground floor, you will find an elegant living/dining room (with fireplace, sofa, dining table) which has doors that lead onto a veranda.
On the mezzanine floor, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob: 4 burners, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker) and one bathroom (with sauna/shower).
On the first floor, there is one double bedroom (with double bed) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds).
Outside, you will find a garden (1500 sqm) featuring a private swimming pool (9m x 4m; depth 1.4m; open from 1 May to 30 September) with a sunbathing area (with sun loungers), a shady outdoor dining area (with table seating 6) and private parking.
