Set in a valley surrounded by beautiful mountains in north west Trinidad, enjoy the ambiance of the pool and gardens filled with a variety of tropical birds which come and go with sunrise and sunset. A neighbourhood and friendly community, great for families and friends, or those interested in outdoor early morning and evening walks or exercise. A 2 minute walk to the Community Park with tennis courts available to tenants. 5 minute walk to an express grocery for all your necessities. Other attractions and amenities within 5-10 mins drive and 15 mins drive to the centre of Port of Spain.

A comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home (1 en suite), with family room and outdoor lounge area with pool. House air conditioned with option for fresh air.

We have 2 resident cats in and around our property. If guests are comfortable with friendly cats, this would be a perfect property for a family vacation or friends wanting to simply relax and enjoy the tropical climate.
