Très bonne communication efficace. Logement qui donne directement sur la rue, mais très calme. Appartement fonctionnel et très propre. Emplacement idéal pour faire le tour de Dieppe à pied.Petit bémol pour l'isolation acoustique, on entend un peu les voisins et le local d'entrée.
