Beds were very old and uncomfortable. The walls were paper thin and could hear everything going on outside and in the other rooms. Also, rooms had no AC, so was very hot and stuffy even with windows open.

Perfect stay when you are attending a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. Less than a 5 min walk to the lake with beautiful views of everything around. Staff is super friendly. Room was nice and the bed was very comfy. Would absolutely be staying here again in the future.

We had a larger room with two queens, full kitchen and a view of the lake Beds were comfortable room was extremely clean and while the facility is getting older, it was still a great experience Worked really well for a two day stop in Dylan and our pup was welcomed

This property is an excellent choice if you’re attending a concert at the Dillon Amphitheater. The location couldn’t be more convenient—the venue is literally right across the street, and parking is easy. While the hotel does show its age and I experienced some issues with room key cards (three out of four stopped working), the overall convenience and experience far outweigh the drawbacks. I would definitely recommend staying here.
