Nice hotel with a great location. Updated room. AC was typical loud on/or wall unit but it worked. Small complaint: the pillows on the king size bed were all very small. More like small couch pillow size. Weird and a bit distracting. But overall nice room with a quality bed, TV, bathroom/shower.

The sheets were thread bare, wrinkly and uncomfortable. There was a sizable blood stain on the floor that someone had tried to clean up unsuccessfully and the carpet was still wet. Gross. By the time we got there it was late and we didn't want to go through getting a different room for the one night we were there.

Smallest annoying thing: no coffee stir sticks

It was great. My only complaint is that, not only were no stir sticks offered at the coffee station in the lobby, but the coffee station in the room was conspicuously empty of them too. I'm all for using less plastic, but there are wood stirrers instead, or a sign saying to add sugar and cream first would habe been fine too.

This Hotel offers great views of the Mountains. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Pool and both hot tubs were great! Surrounding area if you can't find something to do you are not looking. Would stay there again.

I’m so disappointed, I was really looking forward to staying here and they closed the road for us to get there. I called the hotel and they said they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they would get me a refund as soon as they contract the hotel, I’ve been told they’ve tried to contact the hotel manager and have been unable to reach anyone and no one has responded to them at all. This is all very disappointing.
