Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please strip the sofa bed before folding up, so it doesn’t break. No need to worry about stripping the master bed!
Please start the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes (everything is dishwasher safe, including cutting boards!) and take the kitchen trash out to the dumpster on your way out.
Please also check drawers, closets, and rooms for any forgotten personal items!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

You must provide your license plate number so we can register your vehicle to park in the attached lot.
You can use the fireplace if you are experienced in operating a wood burning stove.
When operating it is imperative to pull the center knob out to open the flue before starting any fire.

Great communication, perfect spot for my brother and I to share our annual ski trip together. Loved the renovated place, the comfy beds, and overall all the tools I needed to make breakfast each morning. The Southeast facing views were great and we enjoyed watching the sunrise over keystone.

We just stayed for one night while in between ski resorts, but the place was great! Easy access off I-70 with a few places to eat within walking distance, comfortable beds, and Madeleine was helpful with parking and getting in to the unit.
