Our beautiful villa with three spacious apartments is located on the outskirts of the picturesque town of Dimaro in Val di Sole.
From Villa Meledrio, you walk right into the untouched nature of the Adamello Brenta Dolomites National Park and the Stelvio National Park.
Within a quarter of an hour, you can walk to the village where, in addition to the supermarket, the bakery and some restaurants, other charming shops can be found.

Val di Sole offers numerous activities all year round such as beautiful marked hiking trails, (mountain) bike routes, via ferratas, you can go rafting on the Noce River, there are rock climbing routes, and also many opportunities for mountaineering.
In winter you can drive in 5 minutes (the ski bus stops right behind Villa Meledrio) to the Dimaro Folgarida ski area, which is part of the Campiglio Dolomiti di Brenta ski area. With the Superskirama ski pass you have access to 8 ski areas with no less than 380 km of slopes! In addition, there are snowshoe trails, cross-country ski trails and plenty of opportunities for ski mountaineering nearby.

We rent out three spacious apartments: Superior (sleeps 2-5), Primo (sleeps 2-8), and Terra (sleeps 2-4).

The middle-floor apartment (sleeps 2-8) is exceptionally spacious, covering over 110m². The generous living room with a fireplace and open-plan kitchen is authentically Italian. A large balcony is located on the side of the apartment, and a terrace at the front is a wonderful place to relax. The two bathrooms are equipped with a shower or sitz bath, a vanity, a toilet, a bidet, and a washing machine. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed or two single beds and a bunk bed. An extra bed can be added if needed. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. The bedrooms have open wardrobes and offer ample storage space.

You can use the BBQ picnic area on the large terrace at the front of the house, and there is ample (free) parking.

As a guest of this apartment, you'll find ski-in/ski-out access, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
