Your apartment on the 1st floor of a character building (no lift) includes: a living room with kitchen area, a bedroom (1 double bed 140x190), a bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin, a toilet separate. Duplex mezzanine: one bedroom (2 single beds 90x190). No washing machine. Set back from the street, access via a large gravelled courtyard. Pass card for access to city car parks provided by the owners, including a car park 4 minutes walk from the apartment. In the historic center of Dinan, in the middle of half-timbered houses dating from the Middle Ages, here is a building of character with a turret at the end of a courtyard far from the hustle and bustle of the street.
