Séjour Dinard

Relations interhome inexistantes, tout est payant (wifi, torchons, serviettes etc) les lits ne sont pas faits. Salle de séjour avec fauteuils tachés, le canapé sans matelas vous devez mettre vos draps directement dessus le tout dans un ensemble assez vétuste. Pas de lumière dans la cuisine, une personne devait venir mais là encore rien. Personne ne se déplace à votre arrivée et vous devez ramener vos draps à l'agence. Après réclamations auprès de celle ci nous devions bénéficier d'un geste commercial par la responsable mais à notre départ elle était bien évidemment absente. Donc je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence qui ne respecte pas les vacanciers. C'est la première et dernière fois.

Appartement très clair et joliment décoré. Chambre avec bonne literie. Un bémol : manque une table de chevet et sa lampe en plus de plafonnier. Pièce principale confortable. Elle donne sur la place du marché bruyante car musique toute la journée. Cuisine et SdB bien. Appart situé en plein centre, tout à pieds, à 2 pas des halles, stationnement gratuit possible. Mais au 2e étage avec escalier très raide !

Petit logement confortable et propre, literie de la chambre OK, cuisine bien équipée, situation idéale pour ceux venus sans voiture (tout près de la plage, du centre, des arrêts de bus et du marché couvert).

Appartement proche du centre de Dinard

L'appartement est assez grand pour 3 personnes, un peu juste pour 4 comme annoncé. Très bien situé - à 2 pas du marché de Dinard et à 10 minutes de marche de la plage de l'écluse. Tous les équipements fonctionnent bien. La literie est correcte. L'appartement est propre, avec un petit bémol pour les WC/salle de bain. En revanche, il n'y a pas de climatisation - sachant que l'appartement est situé sous les toits d'une petite résidence. Pas d'internet, pas d'ascenseur, pas de parking.

emplacement de la location très bien situé proche des commerçants et en face de la halle du marché . seul bémol le parking on se trouve en zone bleue et c est très difficile de trouver une place pour se garer. ps il y a un lave vsl mais il y a de ce fait un manque d assiettes ( 6 ??? un peu juste sinon il faut faire fonctionner le lvs tout les jours et donc conso d électricité )

Bel appartement bien situé, mais prestations moyen

L'appartement est très bien situé, près du centre et à 5 min à pied de la plage de l'écluse. Il est bien équipé et agréable. En revanche les prestations fournies ne sont pas au niveau : drap tâché, tapis de bain en papier jetable, pas de torchon, pas de kit alimentaire de base (sel, huile...) peut-être à cause du covid, chasse d'eau qu'il faut tirer 2 fois... Il faut rapporter ses draps à l'agence (encombrant), amener les poubelles à un container de rue qui en fait ne prend que le recyclable..

Appartement 2 Pièces situé plein centre Dinard

Appartement confortable et propre pour 2 personnes, un peu petit pour 4. Séjour et chambre spacieux, petite cuisine bien équipée, il manquait juste une hotte aspirante au-dessus de la plaque de cuisson. Situé dans un immeuble ancien au 2ème étage sans ascenseur. Escalier déconseillé pour personnes en situation de handicap ou séniors. Bien situé centre ville face place du marché, on peut tout faire à pieds. Seul problème, le stationnement difficile en centre ville, pas de place de parking privatif. Dans l'ensemble pour quelques jours cet appartement nous a bien convenu.

Location de vacances à Dinard pour 2 personnes

Petit appartement de 2 pièces au confort assez simple mais propre dans un ancien immeuble au 2eme étage sans ascenseur. Déconseillé pour seniors ou personnes à mobilite reduite. Pas de place de parking, stationnement très difficile. Bien situé en centre ville face à la place du marché mais un peu bruyant en été. Convient très bien pour un couple, un peu petit pour 4 personnes.
