We are offering this charming family home for rent in Dinard, in the highly sought-after Vicomté neighbourhood. With a surface area of 210 m², it can accommodate up to 14 guests. It is located 400 metres from the nearest beach, two kilometres from Prieuré beach and just 150 metres from the coastal path (GR34).
The house was completely and tastefully renovated by an interior designer in 2025. The house is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: Upon entering the house, there is a spacious and bright entrance hall.
-It comprises a lovely 40 m² living room with a comfortable sofa that can seat four guests, two pouffes, a fireside chair, a rocking chair and two children's chairs. The living room is bright, with two bay windows opening onto a large south-west facing terrace.
A beautiful fitted and equipped kitchen with, in particular: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob (3 rings), a Nespresso pod coffee machine and a filter coffee machine... In the kitchen, there is a dining table that can seat up to 10 guests.
The dining area opens directly onto the living room. To the left of the staircase, there is a separate WC, a bathroom with double sinks and a large walk-in shower. One bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (180 x 200 cm).
Another very bright lounge/TV area (bay windows opening directly onto the garden). It has a large dining table (10 chairs, can seat up to 12 guests), a 3-seater sofa, a 2-seater bench, a Bluetooth speaker and a large TV.
Above this room, a staircase leads to a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and an office area ideal for teleworking (seats two) and a chest of drawers.
The upper floor, accessible from the entrance, has four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room: One bedroom designed especially for children with four single beds (one bunk bed with two beds, one pull-out bed that unfolds into two single beds (90 x 190 cm) with toys and books available.
Two bedrooms with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed (180 x 200 cm). The beds are always made up as double beds. Please specify when booking if you would prefer them to be made up as single beds. One bedroom with a double bed (160*200 cm).
One bathroom with bath and shower cubicle (two sinks) One bathroom with shower, cubicle and WC. One separate WC. Baby equipment: One travel cot and one high chair (additional equipment can be hired on request from the Cocoonr agency).
In the basement: You can enjoy a magnificent games room with an Irish pub-inspired atmosphere, equipped with a pool table, darts and table football. Relax and socialise on the sofa, additional seating and the attractive wooden bar. Adjacent to this room, you will find a room with a table tennis table.
A laundry area with a washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, ironing board and iron. An additional refrigerator. Outside: - A beautiful, secure, enclosed garden of 1,000 m² with trees and shade (there are 13 steps to access the terrace).

Also 150 metres away is the traditional restaurant "La Fourchette".
The centre of Dinard, "Les Halles - place du marché", is 3 km away by car and 40 minutes if you decide to walk there via the superb and renowned Clair de Lune walk. The nearest beach is a small cove located 400 metres from the house.
To reach the first beach, "La Plage du Prieuré", which offers the most beautiful view of St Malo, you can walk there via the coastal path or the street. It is located 2 km away. There is also a mini-golf course, the magnificent Port Breton park and a children's playground.
Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard of the house (maximum 3 vehicles, but street parking is free).
