Ideal apartment for two adults or a family, with a maximum capacity of 4 people. The apartment is accessible from the ground floor and has a total living area of approximately 30m2. On the ground floor, it has a living room with kitchenette, a table with 4 chairs, lounge area with double sofa bed (140 cm quick and effortless system), separate bathroom with shower, separate WC. Upstairs bedroom (sloping ceilings) with 2 single beds (90cm), chair, armchair, desk, wardrobe, small library with books in different languages.

The tenants will be able to use the beautiful sunny terrace in front of the studio which is for their exclusive use and separated from the other terraces of the residence by hedges. Garden furniture, deckchairs and parasol available.

Wir verbrachten wiederholt eine wunderbare Woche in der stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung mit Terrasse vor der Haustür! Es passte erneut alles: Möglichkeiten für sehr schöne Fahrradtouren, Spaziergänge und Wanderungen in der näheren und weiteren Umgebung, kurze Wege zum Markt und in die Innenstadt... Darüber hinaus außergewöhnlich ist die Betreuung durch Frau Perrier, die durch Anregungen und Tipps die Woche bereichert hat!
