Cleaning is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.

Everything is within walking distance: beaches, shops, restaurants... The Place des Halles, home to Dinard's wonderful market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is less than a 5-minute walk away.

Although located in the very centre, the accommodation is quiet because the living room window (3rd floor) overlooks the private car park and not the street, which means you don't have to put up with any potential noise pollution due to the central location. It is bathed in light during the day.


Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private car park (above-ground parking space).

- Nearest railway station: Saint-Malo: 16 km
- Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km
- The pier for travelling to Saint-Malo by boat is a 10-minute walk away (Cale du Bec à la Vallée)
