SEASONAL RENTAL OR MONTHLY RENTAL (September to June) Dinard Saint Enogat residential area popular with tourists for its calm and authenticity - fully renovated houses, one for 6 people, 3 bedrooms, fireplace, and another for 8 people 4 bedrooms with garden 100 m from the sandy beach, safe for children, fishing possible, kids club, stars to Saint Malo, quiet, comfortable, close to shops (bakery, butcher, grocery store, post office, newsagent, tobacconist , pharmacy and many restaurants). Une maison facile à vivre et confortable comme une maison de famille.Propre, bien entretenue, ses nombreux équipements sont tous fonctionnels.Sa situation est optimale dans une petite rue trÚs calme,les commerces et la plage sont facilement accessibles à pied.La propriétaire est réactive et symapthique. TrÚs bonne vacances . TrÚs bien située ,tout équipée , proche de la plage et des commerces , seul bémol les escaliers un peu raide avec des petits en bas ùge et une personne à mobilité réduite.

Maison trĂšs proche du centre de St Enogat et de la plage (env 600m), propre mais nĂ©cessiterait une remise Ă  niveau du mobilier de cuisine : bcp de placards (trĂšs pratique) en Formica franchement usĂ©, gondolĂ©, cuisiniĂšre gaz trĂšs fonctionnelle mais un peu rouillĂ©e sur les bords ! attention, escaliers en colimaçons trĂšs Ă©troits ! Mais tout ceci ne nous a pas empĂȘchĂ© de passer d'excellentes vacances avec une propriĂ©taire trĂšs agrĂ©able et accueillante.

Un séjour trÚs agréable

Nous avons passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour dans cette maison au « charme de l’ancien » assez rustique mais confortable qui est trĂšs bien situĂ©e dans le quartier de Saint Enogat. Nous Ă©tions 6 personnes (1 enfant et 2 grands adolescents, 3adultes dont une personne ĂągĂ©e de 80 ans). La maison est trĂšs silencieuse, spacieuse et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et nous Ă©tions Ă  notre aise. Il faut tout de mĂȘme savoir que c’est une maison typique sur 2 Ă©tages avec 2 escaliers anciens en bois Ă  franchir pour accĂ©der aux 2 chambres situĂ©es en haut (cela a reprĂ©sentĂ© une difficultĂ© pour la personne ĂągĂ©e). D’autre part, l’unique salle de bain est au 1er Ă©tage et il n’y a pas de toilettes au 2Ăšme Ă©tage ce qui dĂ©multiplie les montĂ©es et descente d’escalier; cela n’aurait reprĂ©sentĂ© aucune gĂšne si nous avions Ă©tĂ© sans personne ĂągĂ©e. La literie est trĂšs propre et les matelas sont corrects en terme de confort. La propriĂ©taire s’est montrĂ©e Ă  l’écoute et trĂšs serviable. C’est une maison parfaite pour les vacances Ă  condition de ne pas avoir de bĂ©bĂ©s ou de personnes ĂągĂ©es (escaliers); il est trĂšs facile de se rendre Ă  la plage (5 mn Ă  pied) mais aussi de faire de petites courses (boulangerie, pharmacie, restaurants, petite Ă©picerie). A pied, il faut compter 15 - 20 mn pour aller Ă  l’IntermarchĂ© ou au carrefour city, situĂ©s au centre; c’est faisable Ă  pied mais attention si vous ĂȘtes chargĂ©s car cela monte un peu au retour. Il est plutĂŽt aisĂ© de se garer bien plus qu’au centre ville. En rĂ©sumĂ©, nous relouerions sans problĂšme cette maison assez idĂ©ale pour les vacances !
