In the centre of Dinard, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Private: well-kept garden 460 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, parking on the premises. Shop, grocery, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 350 m, bakery 410 m, café 630 m, bus stop "Saint Alexandre" 100 m, railway station "Gare TGV St Malo" 11 km, sandy beach "L'ecluse" 200 m, thermal baths "Thermes marins de Dinard" 2.2 km. Sports harbour 1.9 km, sailing school 190 m, riding stable 1.2 km. Nearby attractions: Saint Malo Intramuros 22 km, Le grand aquarium 4.6 km, Dinan 29 km, Dol de Bretagne 24 km, Cancale 16 km, Le Mont St Michel 48 km.
