From 10 pm, music and noise disturbances must be significantly reduced.



A deposit of 2000 € will be requested upon your entry into the house by bank imprint (no collection). In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to use it.



The maximum permitted capacity throughout the stay is 10 people.



A Minut noise sensor is placed to ensure respect for the neighbourhood.

As a guest of this chalet, you'll find barbecue grills, a garden, and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
