This beautiful property in North Vancouver is situated on the upper level of the house, it has it`s own separate entrance with no common/share areas with others(only yard is shared).

It is ideally located near Capilano River Regional Park, with the added convenience of being just a brief 5-minute drive from the Capilano Suspension Bridge and Grouse Mountain.

The property has two spacious and comfortable queen bedrooms, featuring storage space and large windows that allow for plenty of natural light.

Guests are provided with linens, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay while relaxing after a day of exploring the area.

Also please note that the home has great sound insulation, normal activity or kids running around won’t disturb us downstairs. so you can relax and enjoy your time with peace of mind!

You will enjoy complete privacy and peace during your stay as the entire upper level of the house is exclusively yours.

The access to the unit is via a private covered staircase with approximately 16 steps leading up to the unit entrance from the yard.

Please note that the lower level of the house is currently occupied, but rest assured that the entrance to the upper level is separate from the upper level, and there is no share area in this unit, ensuring that you can come and go as you please without any disturbance.

Also please be aware that the backyard is reserved exclusively for the owner`s use and is not included as part of the short-term rental. Guests are kindly asked not to enter the backyard.

Check-in and check-out: There are no restrictions on `late check-in` or `early check-out` times, but please provide advanced notice if you need to arrive or depart outside of standard hours.
