This rental suite is only for humankind. Other creatures are fully restricted.
The house is located in a friendly cul-de-sac area that is located only one block to Lynn Valley Shopping Centre. There is a shortcut for walking distance of 100 meters to the Lynn Valley Shopping Mall (this temporary closed now).
The suite has large energy saving windows that open to the front and back private gardens. The back yard is an open area covered with lawn. Therefore, there will be beautiful sunshine from the windows through the living room and the bedrooms. The View Lynn park is connected to the back yard of the house. The fresh air and breeze from park and ever green trees quietly bows to the house. The neighborhood is beautiful and has a friendly environment.
LYNN VALLEY SHOPPING CENTRE:
The Lynn Valley Shopping Mall has many small and department stores for convenient shopping such as: Safe way, Save-on-food, Shopper’s Drug Mart, liquor store, Tim Horton, McDonalds, several sushi and pizza shops, groceries, butcheries, and more. Banks, Yoga, massage and Spa, many restaurants and bars are in the shopping center. Lynn Valley Public Library, dental and medical clinics are located in the Lynn Valley Shopping Centre. Four gas stations located around the shopping center. All are only one block from the suite.
SKI / SNOWBOARDING:
Easy access to all the local ski pistes and snowboarding; Mount Seymour, Grouse Mountain, Cypress Mountain and Whistler. If you enjoy snow, this a a prefect place.
BEAUTIFUL TRAILS:
The most beautiful and amazing trails in North America is located in North Vancouver with a minutes from the suite.

ABOUT THE SUITE:
This suite has a reasonable size living room with an open kitchen, large bathroom, two medium size bedrooms and one supersize bedroom.
There is a large sofa in the living room with a TV.
A Roku device connected to TV and the Guests can use that for free channels only. If the Guest plan to purchase some movies from Roku, the need to use their own credit card for that. The TV cable service is not provided there as it is NOT part of Host's services. However, Gusts may order the TV cable with their own costs.
Bedrooms have large windows with blackout curtains that is prefect for a night's sleep. All bedroom have large closets. Two queen-size beds and one twin bed with nightstands. one computer desk and one study desk are provided.
KITCHEN:
Kitchen has Cherry Wood Cabinets, fridge, Range/oven, kitchen fan, dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, dishes for cooking and a dining table with chairs.
Guests must ensure to turn off the Oven/ range before leaving the unit.
Cooking Essentials; Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
LOAUNDRIES:
A large washing machine and dryer is located in the corner of the kitchen.
BATHROOM:

SAFETY AND HAZARD:
1. The rental unit is located in a very safe area of the town. However, for the comfort of the quest, security cameras are installed around the suite and entire house.
2. Guests must ensure to turn off the Oven/ range before leaving the unit. Guest must ensure to TURN OFF the cooking facilities (Range/ Oven/ kettle/ Microwave, ...) before leaving the suite.
3. Laundries are inside the unit. Laundries must use during daytime (before 9pm). The laundry shall not be left in use when the Guest are not physically inside the unit !
4. Fire distinguisher is installed in the wall in the kitchen beside suite entry just in case of fire.
5. Any fire alarm triggering or observing any fire hazards shall immediately report to the Host to ensure the safety of the Guests and other residents.
6. A trash can is located in the bathroom.
Please do not drop any dippers, sanitary pads, condoms, razors, paper towels, etc. in the washroom to avoid clogs.
