Funcionária jogou no lixo minha sacola de papelão com a chave do meu carro dentro. Felizmente, os funcionários e o gerente foram muito atenciosos e providenciaram um chaveiro que produziu uma nova chave. Isso causou um atraso de 4hs na minha viagem de retorno, mas pelo menos houve comprometimento e profissionalismo do gerente do hotel. Apesar disso, fiquei satisfeito.
