Cozy 2 Bedroom River Front House

Located in Dixon, enjoy what this 2-bedroom house has to offer. Guests will find a tranquil space featuring one king bed and one queen bed, perfect for a restful stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or planning your day, the beautiful setting creates a restful atmosphere. Covered porch overlooking the Rock River for a peaceful, beautiful stay. Property is on the river with a small sand bar area to beach your boat or just hang out on the river. The property is located between the Dixon Sterling pool for a large area of pleasure boating, fishing, and enjoying. Dixon Page Park boat launch is just minutes away upriver. The Rock River is the centerpiece of Dixon, the hub of its history and a major attraction for visitors. The city’s downtown district is within walking distance of the house and has the distinction of being listed on the National Historic Register because of its architecture. You can eat out, shop and, if your timing is right, enjoy one of several annual city festivals.

Additional rules:
1. We kindly ask you to be respectful and thoughtful with the neighbors regarding loud music and noise.
2. Please do any outside cooking away from buildings.
3. A washer and dryer can be provided for longer stays upon request.
4. The deck behind the house and the porch area behind the garage are yours to use.
5. Small fires are permitted at the riverbank, please be careful.
6. Do not drive vehicles down to the river, the ground can be soft and would like to keep the grass from getting torn up.
7. Please do any outside cooking away from buildings.
8. Please try to keep the house in the conditions you received it.
9. Any additional person without previous notice in the property will be charged $25 dollars or $500mxn, but if we see it necessary, we will cancel the stay without previous notice.
10. In order to bring a pet with you, we will ask you to let us know in advance, and cover a fee of $50USD, per stay. Maximum of two pets.
11. If you require a late check-out, you will need to ask at least the previous day to the check-out if it is possible, according to the arrival of the next guests. In case late check-out is available, every additional hour after 11:00am will cost $10USD. The same price applies for previous hours to check-in (3:00pm) if early check-in is required.
12. A $60-200USD fine will apply if the house is left in bad conditions (garbage out of place, leftover food, beer and water bottles in the outdoor area, dirty dishes, furniture moved from one room to another, etc).
13. The guest will be responsible for any missing or damaged item during their stay, having to cover the cost of it.
14. No parties or events allowed without previous authorization. The fine for an unauthorized event will be $280USD.
15. To break any of the house rules will be a reason to cancel your stay without any reimbursement.

Laundry facilities can be provided for longer stays and upon request.

If you need late check-out and we are able to provide it, please let us know ahead of time (at least the previous night) so we can have the cleaning crew later that day.

The late check-out price is $8USD per extra hour. Please make sure to leave dishes washed and the house as you received it.
