Gorgeous Hotel & Perfect Location & Highly Recomme

Stayed for 4 wonderful nights ,hotel located perfect, in the historical Diyarbakır Fortress (Old City), close to everything. Front desk personnel are, Mr. Adib & Yaqoub are awesome, they do everything to make your stay perfect, so helpfull, Service-minded personality, find solutions to your problems and try to answer you every singel question just to make you staisfy. And the breakfast was great.The hotel is super clean, cleaning the room daily and changeing the bedding and towels, smill fresh always. Nothing to complain, I enjoyed my stay 100%. Highly recommend, will be back again for sure.

Hotel is good located, it’s dated and would need some renovations. But for the price a good deal. The breakfast is ok nothing spectacular but fills the belly. Unfortunately every room is a smoking room, it’s unavoidable that you will smell it as a non smoker.

This hotel is located near a busy street and the ancient city wall . It might be noise if you are a light sleeper. But it was very unique to sleep so close to the beautiful city wall. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. They recommended a very good Turkish restaurant just 2-3 minutes walking going through the city wall. You can also take a taxi to get to the old bridge crossing the Tigris river, which is so amazing.

I initially gave this hotel a 9/10 within a few hours of check in. That quickly changed as the hours passed. The front desk staff on the day of check out was very unpleasant and unfriendly. I would call them as cold as a rock. Breakfast was somewhat decent. The Wi-Fi was sporadic. The neighborhood was not safe. I would rate my experience a 5/10.
