There are two parking spaces for each holiday flat and a parking space for trailers. However, the centrepiece of the property is the 28 m² swimming pool. It boasts excellent water quality thanks to the modern salt electrolysis cleaning system. There are sun loungers and a large barbecue by the pool area. The location of the house is in the heart of the island of Krk, so everything is within easy reach. Various beaches, a sports field, the Biserujka stalactite cave, the popular healing mud bay in Cizici and numerous hiking trails can be reached in just a few minutes.
