The property is situated in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. At the village entrance, 150 m from the sea. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property. 1 parking space for each residential unit.
