The flat is located on the 2nd floor and has a bedroom with a double bed, a modern kitchen with induction hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The dining area and living room offer a cosy space with a sofa and smart TV, while free WiFi is available throughout the building.
The balcony (10 m2) offers a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The pool area on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower and offers direct access to the sea for comfortable swimming. A communal laundry room on the ground floor includes a washing machine, washing capsules/detergent and an iron for guest use.
The apartment complex is located just 1 km from the town centre, which is a leisurely 15-minute walk along the coast. Nearby you will find a pebble beach with a beach bar as well as a basketball court and a beach volleyball court.
