Amazing brand new summer villa with unique architecture and magnificent sea view, located 250m from the sea, on residential hillside overlooking the bay, surranded by beautifull beaches only a few minutes away, so everyone can find his favourite beach.
Within walking distance of the village of Klimno, if offers complete privacy in close proximity to shops, wonderful seaside restaurants and two beaches.Large windows and high ceilings emphasise the generous scale of the living areas and air-conditioned bedrooms.The ground floor living and diningroom lead out to a pool terrace, which provides a shady spot for relaxing overlooking the pool and sea.
Modern desing villa with 230m2 living space and 100m2 of terrace can accommodate up to 10 person in 4 bedrooms. Three of four bedrooms have sea view,overlooking the bay.The pool can be used from April till October.Our guests can enjoy the sun on the endge of the pool or on the roof terace, with their friends and family.This modern(minimalist) villa with architectural signature, consists of three floors plus deck,ground floor with fully equipped bedroom with private access and bathroom, first floor has direct access to the pool, plus dinning and a spacious living room with kitchen in one place, plus one bedroom with sofa and bathroom. The second floor consists of two glass suites with king sizes beds and bathroom with access to the roof terase.The ground floor living and diningroom lead out to a pool terrace, which provides a shady spot for relaxing overlooking the pool and sea.
