Villa has two sea orientated teraces in shade. ​ It is surrounded with 800 m2 of private green garden with a built-in barbecue, the parking yard and a garage for your car. ​ It is ideal place for a family, or two smaller families or group of friends. ​The specialty of Villa Maria is its peaceful location and the opportunity to rest in the privacy of your own home and garden. There is a garage and parking yard for your car. ​In 1970. built, and in 2017. completely renovated house Villa Maria consists of two floors, first floor and ground floor, with two shaded terraces, completely equipped with table and chairs. On a ground floor terrace, there is a built in fireplace to grill in the garden. Air distance from the sea is 120 m.
