The idyllic Villa Palazzo Adriana is located in the village of Dobrinj, in the heart of the Kvarner island of Krk. This family villa dates back to 1927 and was completely renovated in 2018. Although renovated, both the interior and exterior have preserved many original details that are harmoniously combined with modern furniture. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, is designed for 10 people, allows pets, and if you are the party type, then this is the villa for you.



The villa has an area of 390 m² and consists of a basement, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor you will find a pleasant and bright living room with a relaxation area, fireplace, TV and access to the terrace with panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. From the living room you enter the dining room, and from the dining room you enter the kitchen, where you will find a small but functional space where you can prepare just about anything you want. Since the floor plan of the original house has been preserved, you will not find a classic open space, but quite the opposite. However, in this case it is this layout that makes this villa unique. All rooms are air conditioned.



The villa has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All rooms are equipped with double beds, wardrobes and TV and 1 room has access to a balcony. All bathrooms are renovated and modernly decorated and are equipped with walk-in showers, towels, hairdryer and toiletries.



If you were impressed by the interior, wait until you see the exterior. You will be greeted by 2 terraces with seating and relaxation areas and a courtyard with a heated swimming pool and sundeck. All this is complemented by a wonderful panoramic view of the island of Krk, the sea and the nearby island of Cres. On long summer evenings you can enjoy the outdoor dining area, ideal for romantic dinners with wine and music. There is also a rustic tavern at your disposal where you can prepare a barbecue, socialize or just cool off during hot summer days. In the tavern you will also find a small exhibition of dishes and decorations that were part of the original house. It will be an ideal place for socializing, entertaining and playing - in fact, a part has been converted into a playroom that both young and old will enjoy. There is also a wine cellar with local wines at your disposal (consumption for an additional fee), and you can also arrange the service of a private chef (also for an additional fee).



The village of Dobrinj is special in itself, but more so in the summer, when its square hosts various performances, concerts and gatherings of locals and guests.
