Hotels are a thing of the past – New chalet with nature views by a large lake

The new, modern chalet (first rental from May 2026) in Dörverden, Lower Saxony, is about 45 m² and accommodates up to 4 guests. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed (can be separated) and one with 2 single beds. The private kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, complete cookware, coffee maker, air fryer, and more. High-speed Wi-Fi, private TV, central gas heating, and air conditioning in the living area (use available for an extra fee) are provided. A shared washing machine and dryer are located in the campsite’s sanitary facilities. Breakfast can be arranged in the diner with reservation. For your flexibility, self check-in is available.



Enjoy the shared garden and the covered terrace with pergola—perfect for relaxed meals at your own grill. The chalet offers green views and is close to the beach at Lake Landwehrsee.



A private parking space is available on the property. Up to 2 pets are welcome for an extra fee. Events are not permitted. Smoking is only allowed outside the chalet. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am.



Check-in is possible from 3 to 6 pm, check-out until 10 am. The chalet is part of a new development from 2024/2026 with modern amenities. Lake Landwehrsee invites you to swim, fish, and enjoy water sports. Numerous cycling and hiking trails run through the picturesque landscape between the Weser and Aller rivers. Ideal for families, with many attractions nearby and further afield, such as Magic Park Verden (5 km), Serengeti Park Hodenhagen (35 km), or Hamburg (100 km).
