Budget price, Very Good Place to Stay

Don't let the non-Western name fool you. This is a very nice US style hotel. Clean rooms, large closets for clothes. Bed is super comfortable with deliciously large pillows and clean sheets. Staff (made up of foreigners) are extremely helpful. Nothing to complain about my stay here. Just hope they don't raise rates based on my review! Only issue is perhaps the location. Culture shock for some - as you aren't in the 'nicest' section of Doha; but Metro is very close by and the metro here is extremely effective and inexpensive. Doha is extremely safe. So 'not the best section' means mostly foreign workers; but that doesn't mean 'bad section' like in the Americas which means it is prone to violence. That is non-existent here. A great budget hotel for the smart traveler.

nightmare in Doha

it was terrible they calimed they were overbooked thy moved us at midnight to other hotel.. the other hotel did not have our names waiting for 2 hours they they gave us a room with cockroaches in it !! very dirty very when i asked for a clean room reception said take it or leave it ... bad service ,, the worst ever
