I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were amazing and provided excellent customer service throughout my visit. The property is very clean, both inside and out, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast was outstanding—one of the best I’ve ever had at a hotel. The only drawback was that the King room felt a bit small for two people, which is why I didn’t give a full five stars. Overall, though, it’s a great hotel and I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed here for 5 days and was amazed at everything, simply the best hotel I have stayed at. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms and whole building was very clean. I really the enjoyed the breakfast too. Will stay here again next time when in Doha. The location is very central too easy access tor metro and exploring the souq.

The room was clean and comfortable. And a big breakfast was available up on the rooftop. Staff service everywhere was excellent and Aira at reception was warm and efficient, making my late night check-in smoothe and fast.

The room was in a good condition when I arrived and the staff were very polite and helpful! The only bits of feedback I have are around the breakfast options! The breakfast options, while there are many are also very limited. I stayed for 6 nights and I only had a proper full breakfast for 1 day. They should think of maybe having a specific cuisine per day and basing their menu for the breakfast buffet on that as well as ensuring the temperature of the food is sufficient through having better food warmers. However, all staff that I encountered during this stay were so helpful. They practically saved my life when I had an allergic reaction and they ensured I was able to access medical care swiftly, so a huge shoutout to the security team at Central Inn! Reception staff and housekeeping were also so incredibly helpful as well as the bell hops and restaurant staff. Another piece of feedback is that our keys had constantly stopped working while we were there which required frequent trips to the reception to get the keys reset. Although this process is very swift, it was an inconvenience as it meant I had to constantly go downstairs to reception to have keys reset and reconfigured. As well as this, it would be great if they had the room numbers printed on the key card as this would make it easier for myself as I would sometimes carry the key cards of others in my group. Overall a 7/10 from me. Great hotel!

Shuttle was not free, i was under the impression when it says shuttle included means its included. But they charge extra for it. I didnt take the shuttle, took metro and walk to hotel. Breakfast was alright. Its was very close the Souq Waqif. Neat and clean, staff was very nice. Thank you all

This hotel is truly excellent. Friendly, accommodating, lovely decor and scrupulously clean. It boasts 4 stars but it was definitely a 6 star experience. Great location and excellent value for money.
