The breakfast area, it's manament, hospitality and variety of foods were excellent. Especially Manager Mahadi, and Assistant Cheff Aqib was really helful and looked after each and every guests during our breakfast, sometimes beyond their assigned job.

Amazing Stay

This hotel was excellent. The staff, breakfast, room, and entire facility were excellent. However, the airport shuttle runs once every hour. Taxi or Uber may be more convenient. The average price is about US$8.00

Multiple guests woke me and my partner up at midnight and 5 AM. Kids screaming in the hallway left alone and the staff did not respond appropriately. I’ve been staying here for about three years and decided to start going elsewhere. They refuse to refund anything for my stay. I slept only three hours that night and paid over $300 to stay there because of holiday rates. Don’t waste your time with this place and find others that are better especially if you are a foreigner. You can find it much quieter and peaceful place to stay. The pool also has a bad chemical smell from sewage and if the wind blows in the wrong direction, that’s all you smell when you’re in the pool.

The hotel is excellent, not far from the airport. I was just surprised that there were no soft drinks available in the room fridge. I had a late arrival (after midnight) so none of the venues were open for drinks.
