Hotel is immaculate and well run. It’s very much an airport hotel, but an exceptional One with excellent facilities. Breakfasts are excellent with so many choices and good quality food. I spent a day at the pool and staff brought fruit kebabs and iced towels and handed these to guests. Table was set up for iced water for guests to drink whilst using the pool. I used the gym and this was well equipped there were plenty of staff on hand to assist and advise and even offers of personal training. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. The two downsides of the hotel were the hair salon which is very expensive, the costs are broken down so you pay to have your hair washed, another charge for the cut and another charge for the dry so a cut and blow dry is £100 and not worth the cost for the result The other issue was in check in the hotel takes a card payment of £100 to cover any costs whilst you stay, like room service, not sure why they can’t take a copy of the card to hold like most hotels do but on checking out I was told the £100 would not be reimbursed for 14 days. This is something the hotel should look at as there’s no reason this shouldn’t be returned to customer at checkout
