It is overpriced for its 3-star offering of amenities. We had an issue with our connecting flights, and since it was in the middle of the night, we left our sons in the lobby. They were exhausted - the staff were obnoxious to them and drove them out though we had booked two overpriced rooms. Apart from the convenience of having a hotel inside security - there is nothing good about this hotel. The lack of human kindness to a child who was exhausted was sickening. Hotels should offer hospitality, not unkindness.

We checked in around 11:30p. Everything went well but for the first couple of hrs there was quite a bit of noise in the hallways from other passengers and children.

The hotel is hard to locate. There is no sign near the hotel that says Oryx Airport Hotel as there are now two hotels: one called Oryx Garden Hotel and the other one is Oryx Airport Hotel. If you asks someone who works at the airport they will give you wrong information and incorrect directions. Only way you will find the place if can find the Oryx Garden Hotel and they will give you instructions how to locate the other hotel which is about half mile walk from thru the airport. This is absolutely ridiculous.
