I have stayed at this hotel for over 50 nights in the last 2 years while working regularly in Doha and I have platinum membership status. However, when I stayed last night I experienced very poor customer service at reception and at the Italian restaurant. I will pass this onto my Tripadvisor account.

Comfortable business trip

The hotel was good and enough to spend my short time stay. It was a comfortable environment including spacious lobby that won't make you feel tight with the visitors rush. Rooms isolation was very good. the limited services that I practiced were good.

good hotel

nice décor and courteous staff, but the room smell of cigarette as the exhaust system is probably not that. good. the pillows are too thin and fluffy and quite uncomfortable. otherwise everything else about this hotel is very good.

Mukava hotelli, ranta ei aivan lähellä

Pros: Henkilökunta oli oikein mukavaa ja avuliasta. Ainakin bisnesshuoneeseen kuuluvat palvelut Hintaan kuuluvat lentokenttäkuljetukset toimivat hyvin.
Location: Hotellin lähellä on kauppoja, ravintoloita. Ostoskeskuksia tulee lisää. Jalkapallon MM-stadion on lähistöllä. Rannallekin pääsee helposti taksilla.
Hotelli oli positiivinen yllätys, vaikka hyvä sen pitikin olla. Ainakin omaan huoneeseeni tuotiin hedelmiä. Juomaveden tuonnista olikin jo ennakolta tieto. Pikkupulloja oli ihan riittävästi. Kylpyhuone oli suuri ja hyvin varustettu, oli sekä suihku että kylpyamme. Shamppoota, saippuoita ja voiteita oli monipuolinen valikoima. Huoneen TV:ssä eri maiden kanavia, erilaisia oli runsaasti. Kahviloita ja ravintoloita on hyvä valikoima. Hotellin asukkaiden käytössä ovat mm. saunat, uima-altaat ja kuntosalitilat. Suosittelen bisnesshuonetta pienellä lisähinnalla. Sillä sai yllättävääkin extraa.
