The experience we had was definitely not like a 5 star hotel. We had issues with the original room and moved a couple of times but service from reception and management was slow and terrible. Will not use this hotel again

Quick overnight stay on a layover in the city. Check in was very efficient and we were given access to our room early. We stayed in the Studio Suite which was so big. Beautifully decorated. Large bathroom with free standing tub. Only issue I found with the room was that their was no plug points next to the mirrors for hairdryer or straighteners. We used the gym & pool during our stay which were really nice. Gym a little too hot however. Breakfast was lovely. Large dining area but it was very quiet. Good mix of options.

Loved the hotel, the rooms are super big and so clean! The service form absolutely everyone from reception, to housekeeping to room service it was all 10/10. The location is also perfect as it’s a 5 min walk from the main red metro line. Making it easy to get to the main city and the airport

The stay was ok however walls are paper thin and can hear other people’s business which was uncomfortable, staff at valet and front of the building before entering (security) are rude!. Complained regarding a large leak from sink and toilet and no help was issued and resulted to myself tripping and injuring my foot and neck badly. Bathroom was very out dated and looked unhygienic and dirty!!

All style no substance! Booked this place for a few days whilst in Doha. The interior and exterior is very aesthetic however that’s where everything good ends. Service is very poor, at check in and in general. The breakfast is abysmal! The buffet has very limited variety of food which is mediocre in quality at best. The entire place is packed and so so chaotic in the morning- perfect way to ruin your morning peace. They ask guests to make their own coffee using basic coffee machines which tastes burnt and watered down- when you ask the staff to make you a fresh coffee you’re greeted with attitude and sass, and then end up waiting about 20minutes for a decent coffee. The service is poor, the staff have an attitude problem and are very understaffed for the number of guests. This place definitely does not deserve to be a 5 star hotel. Would definitely avoid if you’re looking for a pleasant stay.
