Our stay was pleasant but we believe the cleanliness could be improved. Upon checking in, we found dust in the bedroom and some limescale in the shower. The body lotion and tissues were also empty. These small details could have easily elevated our experience to five stars. The heated pool was good and the staff were fantastic, always ready to help.

The bathroom constantly smelt of bad drainage throughout our whole stay. The corridor is blasting out freezing cold air con when it does not need to be this cold. They have a body scanner on entrance which makes you feel like you’re going through security most of the time, it does not look appealing. And the rest of the time they don’t even use it so they can’t be that concerned about their security.
