Schon der Empfang war sehr nett und herzlich. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und traumhaft gelegen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, zu einem guten Teil deswegen, weil wir uns immer willkommen gefühlt haben.

Wundervolle Lage, sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage, die sich in das alte Dorf fügt. Sehr hübsches, altes Haus und tolle, freundliche Betreuung vor Ort. Weg durch die Olivenhaine und Wälder in das sehr hübsche Dolcedo ist wunderschön, fast täglich spaziert, ca 35 min für eine Strecke.Meer und Strand schnell erreichbar, voll, dennoch schön zum Baden, wir fanden Strand bei San Lorenzo und Borgo Prino in Imperia sehr gut.Im Asplanato Hofladen gibt es das beste Olivenöl und andere leckere Produkte, samt Erklärungen zur Herstellung.Nur fünfte und sechste Schlafgelegenheit (Einzelbetten) auf Empore sind etwas klwin, beengt und zu hell, due zwei regulären Schlafzimmer sind super.

Unzutreffende Beschreibung des Feriendomizils

Lage und Umgebung einfach super. Unterkunft miserabel, gebucht waren 4 Zimmer, davon 3 Schlafzimmer. Zugang zur Unterkunft unzureichend (fast 35cm-Stufen) Bergsteiger hätten sicher kein Problem damit. Innenausstattung sehr spartanisch, das angepriesene Wohnzimmer bestand aus Gartenmöbeln ohne Polster, die bekamen wir erst am 5. Tag und einem modrig riechenden Schrank. 1. Schlafzmmer ok, 2. Schlafzimmer ohne Schrank und ohne Licht, nur mit Kommode, die ebenfalls modig roch, das 3. Schlafzimmer war unter einer Dachschräge. Das Pritschenbett hing durch und man konnte nur hineinkrabbeln. Aufrecht stehen unmöglich- Licht suchte man ebenfalls vergeblich. Es gab keinen einzigen Stuhl in der Wohnung, lediglich die Bänke in der Küche. Duschen war auch nicht möglich, Bei Ankunft kam kein Wasser aus der Dusche. Das wurde dann am 4. Tage repariert. Wasser kam dann, wenn auch nur spärlich. Warmes Wasser hatten wir so gut wie nie. Duschen mit eiskaltem Wasser ? nur für Hartgesottene Wir hatten für 6 Erwachsene gebucht, konnten das Objekt aber nur mit 4 Personen belegen, da für die weiteren 2 Personen plus deren Hunde kein Platz war. Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Betreiber sich nicht um die Ferienwohnung kümmern, alles war sehr lieblos zusammengewürfelt und ungepflegt. Natürlich haben wir keinen Sterne-Komfort erwartet. Wir buchten ja Agritourismo, aber das was wir vorfanden war schon unterstes Niveau. Wir sind dann auch 4 Tage früher abgereist, um unserem Hygiene-Standard gerecht zu werden. P.S. Vom oberen Geschoss aus, war die Toilette über 2 Treppen, mit unterschiedlichen Stufenhöhen zu erreichen. Alles in Allem ****Nicht zu empfehlen****.

Urlaub zum entspannen

Ein kleines Dorf mitten in den Olivenhaine und sehr idyllisch gelegen. Dies ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und auch Mountainbiken. An warmen Sommertagen ist der Pool, und auch die in 10 Minuten erreichbaren Lagunen, die ideale Gelegenheit zum abkühlen. Die Kinder und der Hund (nur in der Lagune) haben da ihren Spaß. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich vorbildlich um die Sauberkeit vom Pool und den Belangen der Gäste kümmern. Ein Highlight ist auch der Einblick in das Handwerk der Olivenölherstellung von Nicola Asplanato, der ein ausgezeichnetes hochwertiges Olivenöl herstellt und verkauft.
