Gorgeous downstairs with master on main.Upstairs has 2 queen bedrooms sharing a bath along with a loft that sleeps 4. Hot tub for 5 on the covered deck. Yard is fully fenced so your pets are safe. Directly on the Dolores River so the view is always amazing. Heated 2 car garage with small gym and full RV hook-ups. It’s a slice of peaceful paradise.
