Located at the edge of the forest and just steps away from the beautiful Vert Bois beach, this house offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to nature. Bike paths are less than 50 meters away, making it perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.



Inside, the house features a spacious living area with an open, fully equipped kitchen. There are two cozy bedrooms with double beds (140 cm) and one larger room with six 90 cm bunk beds, ideal for families or groups. The property also includes a bathroom, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Multiple terraces and a lovely garden provide ample space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.



The house is well-equipped with a gas stove, hood, refrigerator/freezer, oven/grill, dishwasher, and washing machine, as well as a TV for entertainment. Outside, you’ll find a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for al fresco dining and enjoying the fresh air.



Pets are welcome, and the house can accommodate up to eight people, making it an excellent choice for families or groups of friends.

As a reminder, cleaning is not included in the price and must be done by you. It is available as an optional service.



Just 5 minutes by bike, you’ll find the stunning Vert Bois beach and a surf club. The village center of Dolus, with shops and amenities, is 15 minutes away, while the ILEO aquatic center is just 20 minutes by car.
