Very comfortable and peaceful house located in Remigeasse, close to the beach and rated 3 stars. It has 3 ground-floor bedrooms, including a dormitory with 4 bunk beds, 3 single beds and 1 double bed. Beds 160 cm wide in the 2 other bedrooms. A bathroom and toilet on the ground floor (disabled access) and the equivalent, not adapted, upstairs for added comfort. With a large garden and a beautiful terrace at the rear, with no overlooking neighbours.

Set back from the road, it allows you to enjoy absolute peace and quiet with no overlooking neighbours. The beach is on the other side of the road with the sailing school just a stone's throw away. ein kleines Paradies

Wir hatten absolut tolle Ferien. Es war unser erster Aufenthalt in der Villa Marena auf der Ile d'Oléron und wir hoffen feste, dass es nicht der letzte war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein kleines Paradis. Wir alle, die Kinder sowie unser Vierbeiner haben den grossen Garten genossen. Jeder hatte Platz zu spielen oder Ruhe in einer der vielen besonderen Ecken zu finden. Genauso im Haus. Es ist wunderbar aufgeteilt und bietet einer kleinen oder grösseren Familie genügend Rückzugsorte sowie Gemeinschaftsorte. Je nach Mahlzeit oder Tageszeit gibt es verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten, in der Sonne oder im Schatten wie es einem beliebt. Ausserdem haben wir es sehr geschätzt, eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche vorzufinden. Es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das findet man nicht oft. Auch der Empfang sowie die Übergabe am Schluss hat einwandfrei geklappt. Jean-Christoph war immer für uns da. Das Haus wurde uns sehr sauber übergeben. Wir hoffe wir haben es genauso hinterlassen. Es wäre wirklich schön, wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder kommen dürften. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft wirklich wärmstens!!! Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.

Séjour familial à la Rémigeasse : aller à la plage à pied, randonner ou partir en footing à partir de la maison, et profiter du confort de la maison bien équipée dans un environnement calme et sans vis à vis.
