The 120m2 Villa Rita Ground Floor Apartment is located in Domaso, on Lake Como, in northern Lombardy and, as the name suggests, is on the ground floor of a villa facing the lakefront. The apartment consists of a living room with fireplace and winter garden and patio terrace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate up to 7 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), satellite television. Guests can enjoy the lake and mountain views while relaxing on their covered terrace or cook delicious dinners on the grill. The shared facility also offers a pool (open from May 15 until the end of the summer season), as well as a children's pool and outdoor showers.

Bicycle paths are available in the Domaso area and wind along the lakefront and breathtaking mountain landscapes (bike rental near the property at 500 meters). Milan Malpensa airport is a 1 hour 44 minute (100 km) drive from the apartment.
