Beautifully renovated, comfortable 157 m² cottage with a large plot of land, in a quiet hamlet, about fifteen km from Épinal. The area is ideal for gentle walks along the Canal de l'Est (4 km). You can reach Lake Bouzey in a few minutes. Groceries and a doctor are 4 km away.
Bread delivery is available upon request. The cottage adjoins an apartment in a renovated farmhouse. Separate entrance. Ground floor and first floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 1 single bed, 2 single bunk beds). Living room, kitchenette, and relaxation area. 2 bathrooms. 2 toilets. Electric heating. Enclosed grounds with high fencing. Swing set. Utilities included. A few chickens in the neighboring fenced grounds. Pets are welcome with a supplement of €5 per pet per night. Pets must be kept on a leash.
You will be welcomed at the cottage by Mrs. Camara.
