The house comprises a kitchen, a living room with a sitting area, three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with double beds), a shower room, and a separate WC. Electric heating is provided. The property includes a 3000 m² semi-enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, and a barbecue. Linen, gas, and water are included. Towels are €10 per person per change, and bed linen is €15 per bed per change. End-of-stay cleaning is €40. Electric heating is charged at a maximum of €84 per week (actual consumption will be charged if less). The cottage is 13 km from Sarlat, a medieval town with exceptional heritage, in a very quiet but not isolated semi-wooded area, approximately 2 km from the Dordogne River. The house remains cool even in summer. Breathtaking views of the fortified town of Domme and, further afield, of Beynac Castle.

Close to the main tourist attractions of the Dordogne Valley: the castles of Castelnaud, Beynac, Montfort, Les Milandes (former home of Josephine Baker), Commarque, the Carsac-Aillac water garden, the Limeuil panoramic garden, the Marqueyssac and Eyrignac gardens, the village of La Roque-Gageac, the Domme cave, and Les Eyzies.

35 km from Montignac-Lascaux and the International Centre for Cave Art.
