Gîte Le Pigeonnier avec piscine - Dondas, Lot-et-Garonne
Venez séjourner dans cet agréable Pigeonnier totalement restauré, sur trois niveaux, situé sur une ancienne propriété agricole de 20 ha (en activité, avec la présence de quelques volailles seulement aujourd'hui).
Ce logement vous offre un jardin privatif de 1000m² et une grande piscine partagée avec un autre gîte. Terrasse d’environ 30m² et un boulodrome.
Le gîte est composé de au rez-de-chaussée d'un séjour/salon et d'une cuisine, ainsi que d'une salle d'eau et un wc indépendant. Au 1er étage se trouve une première chambre avec deux lits en 90cm et au 2nd étage un lit double en 140cm.
Vous pourrez profiter de la localisation du gîte pour découvrir une partie du Lot-et-Garonne et passer un bon moment dans le parc Aqualand ou Walygator après une visite de la ville d'Agen ! Ou encore découvrir l'un des plus Beaux Villages de France, le Canal ou les différents lieux de loisirs, naturels et culturels.
