Friendly staff, comfy bed, it’s a new Hotel, also near the railway station. They hired a driver for us to get to Paradise Cave and Phong Nha Cave. Recommended Hotel!

Very nice hotel but no bar or restaurant open yet. For the money, it was the best room we had in 3 weeks but the local dining and bar options were disappointing. Not much english spoken at SAM. One helpful young lady did help with our tour to Phong Nha Caves. Our guide "lost" our prepaid booking but she got us to the main cave tour by taxi. Overall it was okay.
